we had fitness today after lunch and we had to run around the hole track 1 lab only after that we had to get in groups and do squats and step up with Mrs Kyla than we had to move on to Kelly and we had to run from one line to another than we had to go the wall and do push ups. Our last one was with Mrs Komor we had to run to the line high knees for 50 seconds than we had to do a blank for 50 seconds it was hard but i tried.What i found challenging was the running and the blank for 50 seconds it was hard but than i tried my hardest to make it.The next time we have fitness ill try my best to complete it. 

Cyber smart

what i found challenging was creating it as a group cause we all had different ideas for what we were going to do.Next time i will stick to one idea as a group or vote for which ideas we will do.

Kiwi sports

what i found challenging was the running and the rats vs rabbits and guarding the cones with a straw.

it was a bit easy but still tried my best to complete the activities. the next time we have it ill try work as a team.

How to be a good citizen

WALT;write about changes that can efficiently help your action resemble your self as a good citizen.  

By getting a good education. Something you can do to make your community a better place.  You can also help your community by getting a good education. It also means to be a good citizen around your community by picking up your rubbish and putting it in the right bin. Being a good citizen doesn't just mean to say hello to people that are new at your school it means to say hello and greet them to your friends or teachers and to show them around. How you can be a good citizen is by paying attention in school,get good grades and try to get into college.When you're well educated you can get better jobs and contribute in the economy.

You can also be better informed and make good  decisions when it comes to voting or civic activities.Working hard is one thing to do with being a good citizen no matter what job you have just work cause working hard is an important part of being a good citizen.When you work hard you’re providing service to others and you earn money both of which contribute to a stronger economy in your area.

Being a good citizen doesn’t mean to be friends it also means to make new friends.You can also make friends around different places like school,church,neighbourhood,programs,beach,and even the mall.I know its hard but  its time for people to understand that making friends can be a good thing its even time for people to realise the actions they’re using around people and the language around people.   

How I prove I am a good citizen is by showing kindness and respect,  by treating others the way you want to be treated by making friends with new people by showing care for your team mate’s or your classmate’s  and by ako around other’s.

what i found challenging was writing information about being a good citizen and my spelling if i write this test again next time i will use more paragraph to explain so that they understand more about it.
