Fitness

we had fitness today after lunch and we had to run around the hole track 1 lab only after that we had to get in groups and do squats and step up with Mrs Kyla than we had to move on to Kelly and we had to run from one line to another than we had to go the wall and do push ups. Our last one was with Mrs Komor we had to run to the line high knees for 50 seconds than we had to do a blank for 50 seconds it was hard but i tried.What i found challenging was the running and the blank for 50 seconds it was hard but than i tried my hardest to make it.The next time we have fitness ill try my best to complete it. Cardiff Regular
