WALT : write a reflect on what we did for Kiwi Sport

we had Kiwi Sports today and what we learned is how to throw a shot put and we first had a warm up game and we were playing doge-ball than we had to move on to shot-put we had to throw a ball for practice than we moved on to the actual shot-put ball and it was easy to throw it what i found challenging was throwing the shot-put balls.

What i will do next time is to try my best and throw far than every body eles. Next week we will be doing stand run and jump.
